Business unit settings
Viewing Business Units:
The main view displays a table of business units with columns for name, email, active status, and actions.
When you access this page, the system will fetch and display all business units associated with your account.
Adding a New Business Unit:
Click the "Add Business Unit" button at the top of the table.
A dialog will open with a form to enter business unit details.
Fill in the required information such as name, integration type, and configuration details.
When you submit the form, the system will create a new business unit in the backend and add it to the displayed list.
Editing a Business Unit:
Click the pencil icon in the "Actions" column for the business unit you want to edit.
A dialog will open with the current details pre-filled.
Make your changes and save. The system will update the business unit information in the backend.
Deleting a Business Unit:
Click the trash can icon in the "Actions" column for the business unit you want to delete.
A confirmation dialog will appear.
If you confirm, the system will remove the business unit from the backend and update the displayed list.
Activating/Deactivating a Business Unit:
Toggle the switch in the "Active" column.
The system will update the business unit's status in the backend.
If you deactivate a business unit, it may affect related operations or integrations.
Configuring Integration Settings:
When adding or editing a business unit, you can configure integration settings based on the selected integration type (e.g., ESLOG, INFOR, MINIMAX).
For ESLOG, you can set up import email, export configuration, and processing flow.
For INFOR, you can configure import email and other specific settings.
For MINIMAX, you may see options related to Minimax-specific configurations.
Generating API Key:
When creating a new business unit, you have the option to generate an API key.
If you choose to generate a key, the system will create and display it after the business unit is created.
You can copy the API key for use in integrations or external systems.
Folder Selection (Desktop Only):
For certain export configurations, you may have the option to select a folder path.
This feature is only available on the desktop version of the application.
When you click the folder icon, it will open a native folder selection dialog.
Copying Email Addresses:
For some integration types, you may see email addresses displayed with a copy button.
Clicking the copy button will copy the email address to your clipboard for easy sharing or configuration in other systems.
