  1. Viewing Business Units:

    • The main view displays a table of business units with columns for name, email, active status, and actions.

    • When you access this page, the system will fetch and display all business units associated with your account.

  2. Adding a New Business Unit:

    • Click the "Add Business Unit" button at the top of the table.

    • A dialog will open with a form to enter business unit details.

    • Fill in the required information such as name, integration type, and configuration details.

    • When you submit the form, the system will create a new business unit in the backend and add it to the displayed list.

  3. Editing a Business Unit:

    • Click the pencil icon in the "Actions" column for the business unit you want to edit.

    • A dialog will open with the current details pre-filled.

    • Make your changes and save. The system will update the business unit information in the backend.

  4. Deleting a Business Unit:

    • Click the trash can icon in the "Actions" column for the business unit you want to delete.

    • A confirmation dialog will appear.

    • If you confirm, the system will remove the business unit from the backend and update the displayed list.

  5. Activating/Deactivating a Business Unit:

    • Toggle the switch in the "Active" column.

    • The system will update the business unit's status in the backend.

    • If you deactivate a business unit, it may affect related operations or integrations.

  6. Configuring Integration Settings:

    • When adding or editing a business unit, you can configure integration settings based on the selected integration type (e.g., ESLOG, INFOR, MINIMAX).

    • For ESLOG, you can set up import email, export configuration, and processing flow.

    • For INFOR, you can configure import email and other specific settings.

    • For MINIMAX, you may see options related to Minimax-specific configurations.

  7. Generating API Key:

    • When creating a new business unit, you have the option to generate an API key.

    • If you choose to generate a key, the system will create and display it after the business unit is created.

    • You can copy the API key for use in integrations or external systems.

  8. Folder Selection (Desktop Only):

    • For certain export configurations, you may have the option to select a folder path.

    • This feature is only available on the desktop version of the application.

    • When you click the folder icon, it will open a native folder selection dialog.

  9. Copying Email Addresses:

    • For some integration types, you may see email addresses displayed with a copy button.

    • Clicking the copy button will copy the email address to your clipboard for easy sharing or configuration in other systems.
