  1. Viewing Invoice History:

    • The history page displays a table of received invoices, showing details such as file name, status, creation date, and ID.

    • When you access this page, the system retrieves invoice data from the backend, populating the table with the most recent entries.

  2. Filtering Invoices:

    • You can filter invoices using various criteria:

      a. File Name: Enter a file name and click "Search" to filter invoices by their original file names. b. Business Unit: Select a business unit from the dropdown to view invoices specific to that unit.

      c. Status: Choose an invoice status to filter invoices by their current state.

      d. Date Range: Use the "Date From" and "Date To" pickers to filter invoices created within a specific time frame.

    • After setting your desired filters, click "Done" to apply them. The system will query the backend with your filter criteria and update the table accordingly.

    • To clear all filters, click the "Clear" button. This resets the filter fields and refreshes the invoice list.

  3. Pagination:

    • You can adjust the number of invoices displayed per page using the items-per-page dropdown.

    • Use the pagination controls to navigate through multiple pages of invoice data.

    • When changing pages or adjusting the number of items per page, the system fetches the appropriate data from the backend.

  4. Viewing Invoice Details:

    • Click on any row in the invoice table to open a detailed view of that invoice.

    • This action retrieves comprehensive invoice information from the backend, including PDF content and additional details not shown in the table.

    • The detail view displays the invoice PDF on the left side and detailed information on the right, including ID, file name, status, processing details, and invoice-specific fields.

  5. PDF Viewer:

    • In the invoice detail view, you can interact with the PDF viewer to examine the invoice document.

    • The viewer likely offers features such as zooming, rotating, and navigating through multiple pages.

  6. Moving Invoices to Waiting Review:

    • For eligible invoices (those with statuses like Confirmed, Exported, Rejected, or Extraction Finished), you can click the blue undo button to move the invoice back to "Waiting Review" status.

    • This action triggers a backend process to update the invoice's status, potentially making it available for further review or processing.

  7. Automatic Updates:

    • The system may periodically refresh the invoice data to ensure you're viewing the most up-to-date information.

  8. Responsive Design:

    • The interface is designed to be responsive, adapting to different screen sizes for optimal viewing on various devices.
