After successful registration, the initial wizard is shown in the application, which takes you through the integration configuration (connection to your accounting program) and through the document processing configuration.

Language Selection:

The language selection button is located in the top-right corner.
  • At the top of the setup wizard, you'll find a language dropdown menu.

  • You can select your preferred language from the available options.

  • When you change the language, the entire interface will update to display text in the selected language.

ERP Selection:

  • You'll be presented with a list of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems: Pantheon, Vasco, iCenter, Minimax, and a "Not Sure" option.

  • Select the ERP system that your company uses.

  • After selecting an option, click the "Next" button to proceed.

  • Based on your selection, the system will determine the appropriate configuration steps.

Configuration Step:

a. For Minimax:

  • Enter your Minimax username and password.

  • Click the "Test Connection" button to verify your credentials.

  • The system will attempt to connect to Minimax using the provided credentials.

  • If successful, you'll see a success message; if not, an error message will appear.

  • Once the connection is successful, you can proceed to the next step.

b. For other ERP systems (Pantheon, Vasco, iCenter, or Not Sure):

  • You'll be presented with processing flow options.

  • Select the desired processing flow for your invoices:

    • Review required

      • With this setting, you will review invoices in the typless application and correct any errors that may occur during recognition. When you confirm the invoices, you will receive a correct eSlog document that you can import into ERP.

    • Confirmation without review

      • The application will automatically transfer all processed invoices to the configured folders in the background for each business unit. The created eSlog files will contain recognized data, which may contain errors. In this case, you will be able to correct the recognized data in your ERP program.

  • Each option will have a description explaining its functionality.

  • After selecting an option, click "Next" to proceed.

Final Step:

  • You'll see a completion message indicating that the setup is finished.

  • Click the "Finish" button to complete the setup process.

  • The system will save your configuration and redirect you to the business units settings page.

Throughout the setup process:

  • You can use the "Back" button to return to previous steps and make changes if needed.

  • The progress of your setup is shown in a stepper at the top of the page, indicating which step you're currently on.

  • If any errors occur during the configuration process, you'll see error messages displayed on the screen.
